He is certified with ISSA and also has competed in Men's Physique with OCB. His areas of expertise are strength, conditioning, and body transformation, along with nutrition guidance.

Carson is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, is a former College D1 Athlete, and has been training D1 Athletes for the past year. She focuses on periodized programming of free weights and Olympic lifts to get full body benefits from every session. Carson is passionate about your long term success, and will tailor your training to help you achieve your goals.
Josh
Josh is a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach, specializing in strength and hypertrophy training, nutrition coaching, and body recomposition. He is currently working towards a Master's Degree in exercise physiology and the NASM Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He has experience with athletes and bodybuilding but works with all fitness levels. TEAM INTENT.
Jazmyn
Jazmyn has been in the coaching field for over 12 years. She is a former D1 Athlete for Florida State University where she was a a member of the Track and Field Team. Jazmyn specializes in track and field training (speed, plyometrics, etc) but is also well versed in strength and conditioning for all ages. She will spend time with you to design a custom workout regimen that will help your reach your fitness goals.
Logan
Logan is a certified trainer and has been coaching Kickboxing and Muay Thai for over 3 years, and MMA for almost 2 years. Logan has fought in multiple Muay Thai fights around the state of Florida competitively. Logan's fighting classes are aimed to teach the basics of boxing, kickboxing, self-defense, and Muay Thai. If you are looking to improve your skills or learn something new, Logan has something to teach everyone.

Kris is a Certified Trainer and Marine Veteran with over 10 years of coaching experience. His specialties include functional strength training, weight loss, powerlifting, bodybuilding, HIIT Training and military readiness training. Kris is enthusiastic to assist you achieve your fitness goals as well as give nutritional guidance wherever your journey begins.
