She focuses on periodized programming of free weights and Olympic lifts to get full body benefits from every session. Logan is a certified trainer and has been coaching Kickboxing and Muay Thai for over 3 years, and MMA for almost 2 years. Logan has fought in multiple Muay Thai fights around the state of Florida competitively. Logan's fighting classes are aimed to teach the basics of boxing, kickboxing, self-defense, and Muay Thai. If you are looking to improve your skills or learn something new, Logan has something to teach everyone.

Hunter is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Bodybuilder, and former competitive Soccer Player. He specializes in bodybuilding training, nutrition, soccer specific athletic training, and general lifestyle coaching. Hunter is the Strength and Conditioning Coach at Warner Soccer - ASG and one of the head coaches.
